Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment or production. Full refunds will be given if cancellation is made before the product ships. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns (if applicable)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please avoid returning products directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs will only be charged once including returns, and there are no restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and review your return, you will receive an email confirmation. You will be informed whether your refund request is approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within several days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
